Satisfying so many people at the same time is always a headache and this is perfectly right for websites too. We did make regular facelifts and add-ons to our earlier site, but there was always someone pointing fingers. It took a long for me to realize what the elements to be included and particular layouts to silence all the critics. I wanted the website to reflect simplicity, elegance, warmth and clarity. And I think we pulled it off!
